Instant Chocolate Cake in a Mug


INSTANT CHOCOLATE CAKE 

Directions:

Whisk 1/4 cup flour, 
5 tablespoons sugar, 
2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 
1 egg, 
3 tablespoons milk, 
3 tablespoons vegetable oil 
dash of vanilla extract and salt 


Mix all in a large microwave safe mug.  Microwave until puffed, about 2 minutes. Times vary, do not over cook.
