Weekend Marinade's



WEEKEND MARINADE'S 

Fire up the grill and get ready for some amazing flavors. 



TEQUILA LIME MARINADE

Ingredients 
Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) can margarita mix, thawed 
3 tablespoons lime juice 
1/4 cup tequila 
3 garlic cloves, minced 


Directions

Prep: 10 mins
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Use to marinate poultry and vegetables before grilling. 



CHIPOTLE MARINADE 

Serves: 4

Ingredients 

1 chipotle pepper in adobo, plus 2 tablespoons of can's sauce 
1 scallion, diced 
1/4 cup diced sweet onion 
2 tablespoons chopped parsley 
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained 
1 tablespoon sugar 
1 teaspoon salt 
3 tablespoons olive oil 


Directions

Prep: 5 mins
Pulse all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor, then gradually pour in the olive oil to incorporate. Use as marinade for chicken, beef and vegetables.
