LODGE at WHITEHAWK RESTAURANT

TODAY IS THE DAY

  All my hard work this past winter is about to be put into motion.

This is the restaurant I will be running.

After redesigning the menu's, hiring the staff, and a lot of hard work, I am ready to head down this new path in my life. 

I have never cooked and tasted so many different recipes as I did this past winter, but I wanted to know everything possible about each and every recipe I put on the menu. 

Its been fun and I have enjoyed sharing a lot of them with all of you. 

I will still be here to post a lot of my favorites, both from my own collection and from the restaurant. But being a seasonal business I must now concentrate all my efforts on making this restaurant work. The season runs Today through October 16th, so I have a short window to make my mark.

I will do my best to post daily as I have in the past, but please remember this restaurant is my business and it  comes first for the next 5 months.
