MARGARITA CAKE

Ingredients
CAKE
1 stick butter, room temp.
4 eggs
1 white cake mix
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1 can (10 oz.) frozen margarita concentrate, thawed
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 tablespoon lime zest
2 drops green food coloring (optional) add drops one or two at a time to get the color you want
GLAZE
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon lime zest
1 ½ cups powder sugar
Directions
Pre Heat oven to 350° degrees & prepare Bundt style cake pan. ( I use bakers joy)
Mix butter, eggs, margarita concentrate (completely thaw first or butter will lump), lime juice & zest together. Add cake mix & pudding mix until well blended.
Pour batter in pan & bake 45-55 minutes. Let cool 10-15 minutes & remove from pan. While cake is cooling, in saucepan melt butter for glaze. Add remaining ingredients, using a whisk mix well until smooth.
Drizzle Glaze over Cake while it's still warm.
