Grilled Pineapple Upside Down Cakes

















GRILLED PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKES

Ingredients
1 ½ tablespoons light brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
Pineapple ring (fresh or canned, drained)
Maraschino cherry

Directions
Mound 1 1/2 tablespoons light brown sugar and 1 tablespoon butter on a sheet of nonstick foil. Top with a pineapple ring, a maraschino cherry and an upside-down small shortcake shell. Form a packet. Grill sugar-side down over medium-high heat, 12 minutes.
