Fluffy Egg Puff

















FLUFFY EGG PUFF

Ingredients
6 large egg
1 cup cottage cheese
½ cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
½ cup Cheddar cheese grated
¼ cup all purpose-flour
2 Tbsp butter melted
½ tsp baking powder
4 oz mild green chilies
½ medium red bell pepper, minced

Directions
Preheat oven to 350, spray a 9 inch pie pan with cooking spray.

Sauté reds peppers and cool before adding to other ingredients.

Combine all ingredients, pour into pie pan and bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until set (jiggle to test).

Cover with foil and let rest.

Garnish with cilantro or parsley
