Salad on the Go

QUICK AND EASY SALAD

I love this idea. The most important part of layering is to make sure the dressing and the spinach (or whatever "leaf" your choose) don't touch. As long as they stay separated, these salads can be made up to 4 days in advance and will stay fresh in the refrigerator with a lid on.

This is one of my tricks to eating salad more often.Make a few jars on Sunday night and just grab one for lunch or dinner. When you're ready to eat, just shake it up or dump it on a plate.

Perfect to grab and go on your way to work for a healthy lunch idea.
