Cupcakes made for the Artist Guild meeting last summer.
Chocolate Ribbon Cake made a couple years ago for a Christmas Party.
My first attempt and something with detail like that, it was fun but I was exhausted by time I was done.
This was a dinner I prepared for a group of 15 at my bosses house 2 years ago. They own THE LODGE at Whitehawk Ranch in Plumas County.
Rack of Lamb, Roasted Red Potatoes, Fried Asparagus. And for dessert we had New York Cheesecake with a Port Wine Berry reduction.
It was a a hit, and I felt good knowing I could pull something like this off when I really wanted to.
