Roasted Cabbage

Delicious, Easy, Inexpensive and Healthy. 

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoon bacon bits,
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 head green cabbage, cut into quarters,

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in small bowl, place cabbage quarters on foil, brush or drizzle seasoning mixture over cabbage, individually wrap quarters with foil.

Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes, I like to top mine with a little fresh grated parmesan cheese, enjoy!
