Fruit Salad with Lemoncello & Mint
















FRUIT SALAD WITH LEMONCELLO AND MINT

Ingredients
3 cups watermelon, diced
2 cups strawberries, halved
1 cup blueberries
2 cups cantaloupe
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon grated lemon zest
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 Tablespoons lemoncello (italian lemon liquor)
1/2 cup fresh mint, finely chopped

Directions
In a large glass bowl combine all the fruit.

In a small bowl combine sugar, zest, lemon juice and limoncello. Stir till sugar is well combined. 

Pour over fruit. Gently stir in mint. Allow flavors to meld at least an hour. Serve and enjoy!
