Cheesecake Pops - Kid Tested



It doesn't get any easier then this, and it will impress kids of all ages. 

Even better if you bring the kids in the kitchen, let them dip the chocolate and add the sprinkles. 

Perfect for parties, picnics, or just for fun.




CHEESECAKE POPS 


Ingredients:
1 Frozen Cheesecake (from your favorite grocery store, or make your own)
6 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
assorted sprinkles
lollipop sticks

Directions
Microwave 6 ounces chopped bittersweet chocolate on 75 percent power until melted, about 3 minutes.

Cut a frozen cheesecake into 1-inch cubes. Gently press a lollipop stick halfway into each cube.

Dip in the chocolate and roll in sprinkles and/or coconut, if desired.

You can do so many different things with this, use different types of cake, different chocolates (milk, white, semisweet) and the toppings are endless. Also, try this with strawberries or other fresh fruit in the summer, they make an wonderful treat.
