7 Layer Dip







just in time for the weekend, make this up Friday afternoon, grab a bag of tortilla chips and your ready for the weekend.
7 Layer Dip

yields :: one 9'x13' pan

Ingredients:
1 16 oz. can refried beans
1 8 oz. container sour cream
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 8 oz. or 6 oz. container pre-made guacamole dip (or make your own)
1 cup finely grated sharp cheddar cheese or Mexican blend cheese or what ever you have on hand
1 large tomato, chopped
1 4 oz. can sliced or chopped olives
1 bunch of green onions, finely chopped



Directions:
Layer the ingredients in a 9x13 inch glass pan or onto a nice platter with roughly the same measurements. First layer is the refried beans. Spread them out to completely cover the bottom of the dish. Mix the taco seasoning into the sour cream and spread on top of the beans. Then evenly add the guacamole dip, cheese, tomatoes, olives and green onions.
Chill for a few hours or dig right in if you can't wait!
